We are more than a culinary training program!

The C.H.E.F. program is about fostering a positive and healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to teach
both new and experienced people the culinary skills, behaviors and techniques to gain paid, full-
time positions within their communities.

These skills will encompass:

  • Healthy eating practices
  • Appropriate behavior in employment (namely working in a team environment)
  • Hands-on restaurant experience
  • Comprehensive culinary skills
  • Customer service
  • ServSafe protocols and certification
  • TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) training
  • Barista specialty

Students will experience an exhilarating 10-week culinary training program, to include working

in a restaurant environment as part of the process. This will allow people the opportunity to take

the experience they gain into future employment into rewarding culinary positions.
